This is one of the spots on campus that struck me as very pretty and enjoyable to sit at and just watch the people go by. There's plenty of places to just wander around or sit and relax. Feel free to take a picture at the cache, have fun. There is a visitors parking lot near the cache, but requires a bit of walking to actually reach the cache.
No matter how much you want to do it, DO NOT GO IN THE POND! There are 5 cameras trained on that thing 24/7. A cop will be there in minutes to get you if you do.
