Geocache Description:

With cache number 67 on the trail, the story continues.  Installment number 10:   The actual sail of the decomissioned Trident sub USS George Bancroft, along with a concrete mock-up of the full-sized submarine displayed as if it is coming up out ot the ground, is located near one entrance to the base. It was dedicated April 7, 2000, as part of Kings Bay's celebration of the submarine forces' 100th anniversary. I have a wherigo cache at the Bancroft site, near the beginning of this Kings Bay Trail, the only wherigo in Camden County at the time of submission of this cache. It was ceated with significant assistance of fellow geocacher Suse6.

Permission has been granted by the proper authorities for the placement of these caches.  Be careful and pull well off the pavement.    BYOP.

This one is a paint-camoed pint-sized jar with screw top.
