I have placed my first cache near this location, as it is on a route that I walk on a daily basis and it has a bit of interesting history that people may not know about.
Whilst collecting clues for the final location, you will come across an ornate pair of old gates, which look a little out of place. These gate piers and gates were formerly at the entrance to the now demolished Widey Court, which once hosted King Charles I and are now grade II listed.
PLEASE NOTE, THIS CACHE AND ALL OF ITS WAYPOINTS ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE FROM EITHER THE A38 OR THE A386. There is street parking available near the first waypoint, but please be considerate and park sensibly.
Please beware that this journey will take you near some very busy roads, so keep children and pets under close supervision. This area can also become very busy at peak times, so please beware of muggles.
1) Pub
As you look out across Manadon roundabout, A is the number on the large light post. (The very big one on the roundabout with 8 lights on top). Follow the subway to reach the second waypoint.
2) Widey Court gates
Widey Court was demolished in 1BC4. It was used as the headquarters for Prince Maurice in 1DF3. Now head through a second subway to reach waypoint 3.
3) Tavistock Road
Tavistock Road numbers E-37. Go back the way you came to reach the final location of the cache.

This is not your usual type of container. You may need tweezers to retrieve the log and you will need to bring your own pen. There is no room for tbs or swaps. Happy caching!
