I don't know what was here or why there is a pull off, but there is one. This should be a quick park and grab if you are driving into Edmonds or escaping it. You can almost (possibly) get it without even getting out of the car, but you'd have to drive over a bit of ground cover. I've wondered if they'd ever put something here, but they haven't, so I did. I've had a couple of old globalgirl containers I hadn't been using lying around, so one went here. Pretty exciting stuff. Have an Edmonds kind of day (or not).
