Located off 288 Freeway about 1 mile before the Highway 6 exit.
This is a multi-million dollar subdivision that is being built. The waterfall that leads you into the developing neighborhood is awesome. Seen several wedding pictures being taken here. Check out the lots in the neighborhood. The ponds that will be in backyards. The planned golf course. It's gonna be impressive when it is done.

Since posting this cache, the waterfall has been turned off. There is supposedly another owner going to take over this subdivision and so I am hoping the fall is back up and running soon.
I have also learned that the whole idea behind the initial building of this subdivision was they were hoping it would become a place like the 'Rodeo Drive' and 'Palm Springs' additions....hence the name "Rodeo Palms".
I know that I put in alot of virtuals but I have alot of handicap and elderly friends that are always looking for new things to go see and do. I have mentioned geocaching to them and most are interested but feel that normal caching is a bit much for them. So I have made these caches with those people in mind. But I do hope that everyone participates.
