Geocache Description:


Goyu pine trees museum was established as an institution in Toyokawa City in 1988. It is about 1 km away from the avenue of pines of the country specification natural treasure. Goyu station is the nearest station to the museum. It takes about 5 minutes on foot.

This cache is hidden near the museum.
Please bring a pen.

御油の松並木資料館
昭和63年（1988）に豊川市の施設として開設され、東海道五十三次35番目の宿場として栄えた御油宿に関する近世交通文書・町並復元模型・広重の浮世絵版画・近世交通用具等の資料130点が展示されている。国指定天然記念物御油の松並木からは1ｋｍほど離れているが、御油町の中心部・音羽川畔にあり、名鉄本線御油駅からは徒歩5分である。入口には大きな松の切株があります。駐車場の入口付近には金冠一等水準点もあります。
