Coordinates are for a parking space. To locate the cache, go to the parking lot listed, (you do not need to be in the exact spot) and use your surroundings to figure out the system you should use to find the actual coordinates. You can search for the answers online, but in person would probably be more fun. Use the first number from each clue's answer to fill in the coordinates and find the cache.
