The 2027 Committee invite you to the UK's 20th Annual Geocaching Mega event.

What is the UK Mega?
A Mega is a geocaching event attended by more than 500 people. Since 2008, the UK Mega has been an annual roving event to showcase different areas of the UK. It is regularly attended by up to 2000 people and has become a fixture in the calendar of many geocachers, both from the UK and abroad. In 2027 it will come back for the third time, to the West Midlands region. On the day of the Mega Event there will be trade stands, refreshments, entertainment and some special Adventure Labs, plus the chance to meet old friends and make new ones. .

We have access to the Royal Pump Rooms Assembly Room and Conservatory, where there will be stalls of various vendors, trade stands and other Geocaching related activities.
In addition, we intend to have new caches for you to enjoy around the local area, including some Adventure Lab caches. You can also enjoy many of the existing caches located nearby.
Cost: £5 per adult, children (16 & under) are free.
However, all Supporters will get one free entry for themselves upon showing proof of purchase (a printed receipt from the website, or a screen grab showing this on their phone screen) and all Premium Supporters will get free entry for themselves and one other member of their household upon showing proof of purchase (a printed receipt/screen grab on their phone).
How to get there?
The Royal Pump Rooms are in the centre of Leamington Spa, on The Parade opposite Jephson Gardens.
There is no on site parking for attendees, there are a handful of spaces in a loading bay for use of any traders only. The nearest multi-storey car park is listed as a waypoint, and is less than a 5 minute walk. There are 2 disabled bays outside the Pump Rooms, however, these do have a limit of 1 hour.
We recommend that attendees travel via train wherever possible. Leamington Spa station is just over 5 minutes walk from the Pump Rooms, and has direct trains from London Marylebone, Birmingham Snow Hill, Manchester Piccadilly, Coventry, Oxford and Reading (plus other places).
For anyone camping at Hatton Country World, the nearest station to the camp site will only be 3 stops away from Leamington Spa.
