RRPT - Queenie2's First Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

GeocachingTownsville: I expect the floods to have claimed this one and as it's not been found for over 2 years it's not worth replacing it.
Thanks to all who visited.

Geocache Description:

Townsville is blessed with a great river, and some fantastic cycling/walking trails that follow almost the entire length of the river. What better way to encourage cachers to get out and explore these trails but to line them with caches to form Townsville's first Power Trail.

This one is a little different from most other caches on the trail......It's on the other bank.

There is no access from the Douglas side.

You will need a watercraft or be willing to swim through Croc infested waters to collect.

The croc part is a little exaggerated as I've never seen a harmless freshie here.

This cache is dedicated to my new boat the 'Queenie2' on her maiden voyage on this section of the Ross.

BYO pen

Congratulations to BenM70 for seemingly catching the bug and racing to the FTF.
