Sit a while and take in the View (Central Otago) Traditional Cache

You are looking for a Nano. There is a seat a short gentle walk up the track to Beach Point where you can just sit and take in the beauty of the surrounding scenery from Walter Peak Station. You can travel across to Walter Peak Homestead on the Steam ship Earnslaw from Queenstown or via the Mavora Lakes and Mt Nicholas road which travels through some lovely scenery crosses a few fords and some older narrow bridges with some free grazing stock at times there maybe a gate or two to open and shut.  You will need your own pen to log and please have a full tank of fuel as none nearby last is at Mossburn or Te Anau.
