This cache is at the posted coordinates, but in order for you to claim a find you must first have found 100 or more caches in Livingston County, Michigan. This is a challenge cache where you must meet the requirements before claiming a find. I am fine with you signing the log and writing a note then posting the find after you have completed the challenge. Difficulty is based on finding the 100 caches.
