What a peculiar name! Well, there's a reason for it.
This cache is located near an old building that may or may not be active anymore. Still, do not go near it as there is no need to and I want you to be safe.
Parking is not available on the side of the road, so I recommend parking in the neighborhood nearby. Cross the street carefully.
Now, what is the reason for the name? If you look up, there is a pair of shoes hanging on thee electric line! What the heck? They don't even look new, so who knows how long they have been there. Hopefully they will stay while this cache is active.
Due to this being by an old structure and by the side of the road, there is no night caching!
