The Cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. You must solve the secret message below to obtain the final location. A fitting place for this this cache to be hidden would be on Cleveland Street, but since there isn't a Cleveland Street in Madison, the cache was hidden in a good secondary spot. It is hidden well enough that even the yellow=eyed bully wouldn't be able to find it without decoding the secret message below.
