This small sized Geocache is situated in a copse adjacent to the historic Pitreavie Castle. It is within a few metres of one of the paths in the area. 
Pitreavie castle was built in the early 17th century and remained in private ownership until aquired by the Air Ministry in the 1930s and subsequently became an RAF station. The station closed in 1996 and it has since become residential apartments.
If driving to near the location, parking would be best on South Castle Drive to the south of the area.
This is the first cache I've placed and all feed back is welcome. Not sure what the surrounding growth will be like come summertime, I'll monitor it as the year goes on. Good luck and happy hunting.
