Apparently the great partial Federal shutdown of 2018/2019 is over. Another "FINALE" cache was placed nearby to observe the shutdown, and brings a fitting (??) end to the series of caches placed over these past weeks. As with most performances, after the "finale", there is an "encore".. So this cache was placed while traveling to place the FINALE cache.. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity.
As with all the furlough caches, there is nothing difficult or special about this cache.. It's only designed to give you a smiley. No expense was put into this cache, as most caches placed in this series were recycled from other hides.. Same with this one. Although I was considerate enough to take out the old wet and musty log from the container before putting this out.
Best to park near the home improvement store to reduce the view of likely muggles. If you approach this cache from most angles, there is a gigantic arrow pointing to the general location of this hide.
