Ten-ounce plastic jar hide not far off the trail along the Rogue River from the Tou Velle State Park easternmost parking area to the north end of Tou Velle Road in the Ken Denman Wildlife Area. Simple score-builder hide with a few trinkets - bring a pen. "Did not sign log" entries will be deleted. Cache is not far from the confluence of Little Butte Creek with the Rogue River in an area popular with fishermen, dog walkers, hikers and sightseers. Wear boots in rainy season. The bench overlooking the confluence area is in memory of a dearly-loved teacher who died in a car accident. Free access is available by parking across Table Rock Road and walking through Tou Velle park along the Rogue River until you reach the hide area. Free access from the east is best served by picking up a Denman Wildlife Area key at the Fish and Wildlife Office on E. Gregory Road, or you can park at an unused gate north of the Tou Velle Road gate and walk the road to its north end (almost exactly 1 mile), then take the trail west toward Tou Velle park along the Rogue.
