Simple, Safe Night Cache-Tulane Trail Memorial Multi-Cache

This is my first night cache.  It is designed to be simple and safe.  The cache and log are not at the posted coordinates.  This is the starting point in your quest for a Smiley.   You will need a bright flashlight or headlamp.  Best to avoid nights with a full moon.  Locate and follow the reflective tacks.  You will know you have reached ground zero when you see two tacks mounted side-by-side.  BUT you will need to retrieve the nearby TOTT.  The host is harmless and has the log attached.  Sign the log and PLEASE replace the host and TOTT as you found them.  I am looking forward to your comments after completing the search.
