We spent a few days in Moldova in December 2018 and had the nice opportunity to meet some local geocachers at an event we held. We learned from them that being a geocacher in Moldova is somewhat different from being one in Sweden. The major difference has to do with the number of geocaches to search for.
We had a great time in Moldova and would like to say thank you to the local geocaching community by adding one more cache to the only about 50 present in the country today.
Since this cache is placed far from our home coordinates, there is a local cache guardian who will help if maintenance is needed. Just let us know if there is a problem and we will make sure it is taken care of.
