This cache is SS9 in my sandwhich series of caches for winter time, with no woods involved. This cache is next to parking, and behind a small shopping center. It is no higher than your shoes. The container is a 4 inch plastic bottle with a screw off cap. No tools are needed as it is not attached to anything. There is not to much light at night. There is parking within 10 feet of the cache, and no-one around to bother you. Please put it back in the same place as you found it.
