The world of agents and spies - famous characters
Although spies and agents act secretly and their identities are not disclosed, there are some we know. As fictional characters and movie heroes or even real agents who have come into the limelight by the press discovering their activity, their operations and actions in secrecy fascinate us.
On the morning of (1. / date – dd.mm.yyyy) several officials appeared at Günter Guillaume for a house search and arrest on suspicion of espionage. Günter Guillaume was sentenced to (14.) years imprisonment, but was allowed to return to the GDR in (15.) as part of an agent exchange.
