Welcome to Phillipsburg community. This congregation, St. Paul Lutheran of Phillipsburg, was founded in 1890, by German immigrants. It is a beautiful place from which you can look in every direction at the countryside in Washington County, Texas.
I come here monthly for an educators meeting of Delta Kappa Gamma members. If you choose and want to increase your knowledge of Texas history, walk up the drive to the historical marker and include one fact in your log if you want. Please be respectful of your surroundings, especially if they are having services.
