Geocache Description:

For those of you who like to cache with your canine companions, I have hidden this cache in Centennial Park. This used to be one of the best dog parks in the metro area, a hidden gem. Unfortunately, the city of Englewood has chosen to remove the off leash designation, so leashes are now required. It's still a great walk for the dogs though, with ponds and trees and lots of stuff for them to check out. Be sure to replace the cache as found since this is a high muggle area. I rated the terrain at 2.5 to reflect possible slippery conditions. It would be at most a 2 when dry and a 3 if things are snowy or icy.

From the Englewood Parks website:

Centennial Park will no longer be an off-leash dog area. Leashes will be required. This will protect the wildlife that exists around the park.
