Something is missing here, or is it that something here is out of place?

I found this location years ago.  I think it was left behind from when the nearby shopping was built. That is the only explaination I have for it. I have been testing my 3D printer to create caches and this is the results of one of those tests of extreme. Like a tiny house this cache is cramped.
