Geocache Description:


We've recently learned that this cache is the oldest surviving geocache in Watertown. We're thrilled it's survived so long when the original "Recreation Location" was muggled in it's first year. We hope you enjoy this cache though it's changed quite a bit since we hid it in 2002. The following is the original write up for this cache:

This is my second cache and I've placed it rather close to it's predecessor. Enclosed in this ammo can are:
a log book with pen and pencil for you to log your visit
4 Children’s books
2 coloring books w/ crayons
1 lighter
3 chem lights
1 deck of playing cards
shake toy
clothes pin
Euro Geo sticker
Post its
Stickers
2 bookmarks
sidewalk chalk
Kuwait coke bottle (collector’s item)
Please bring trash bags to help clean up the occasional piece of litter at this cache and and the other in this great park.
