This is a great spot right along the river. Stand and watch trains, boats and planes pass by. Plenty of places nearby to eat or have a beverage. Warm weather will be best, but this vantage point is nice all year.
Parking meters are located on Old River R. See waypoint for coordinates. Meters use the Park Mobile app. If the Cleveland Browns are at home, check for signs that limit parking. Pay lots also around the area. If traveling on RTA, the stop is Flats East Bank Station. Located on W. 10th.
