Here we are, at Tour de Towers 2: Water, Water, Everywhere!
Samuel Taylor Coleridge would have been ok if this had been nearby in The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, as are the residents of Mount Pearl. Obviously this tower should be - and is - fenced off, yet the cache is not anywhere near this restricted property.
This cache is a small lock-n-lock just off the trail off of the trail hidden in a winter friendly manner. Come along - you'll know what I mean.
If you are travelling on to number 3 in the series, go up to the fence and follow it to the right (again, no trespassing) and then the right perimeter. You'll pick up the traditional trail then soon.
