This cache has been in the works for over a year...for a whole host of reasons! It is placed in the "Cathedral", a set of Eucalyptus trees planted in the shape of a cross by Rosemary and Peter Mackay James in the 1970s. It's a copy of another Cathedral of Trees planted in the early 1920s by Alexander Mackay (Rosemary’s grandfather) in Scotland, and is one of my favorite spots on the property. An easy ~0.33mi walk from the parking area will get you to the location.
Finding the cache should be fairly simple...but signing the log? That's a whole 'nother animal!
Oh, and pack your patience too--you'll need it! And one last thing: a geocache is not officially found (and loggable here on the website) without physically signing the *actual* log...so please don't make me have to delete your smilie for not doing so!
The log is paper--remember that!
