That ain't no water tower...
As our "Tour de Towers" continues, we switch from a water tower to communications towers of some sort. Don't know who owns 'em. Don't know who they are talkin' to or listenin' to. But I've seen these from afar, and now they are pretting amazing engineering feats to see up close. Again, this is some private property amongst public property trails, so please cache with respect to the property. The cache is not placed on the building nor within the fenced area of the tower.
I wanna know who's job it is to change the light bulb at the top. I'm thinkin' they don't go up there when it's cold and there's a breeze on!
Cache is a small (250mL) lock-n-lock container, hidden in a winter friendly manner.
Follow your GPS and not footprints if you arrive here in February 2019. There was an initial cache location chosen but then rejected, as a small amount of barbed wire (!) was found nearby the originally planned GZ (rejected for this reason).
That's 4 now on our Tour! find it, and cache on!
