Seems a good place for a St. Patricks Day event. The timeslot stated is provisional. Would apreciate some views of locals for the best starting time... Will the parade be over by this time?

I'll make sure some trackables and a log book are visible. During the parade I'm sitting/standing at or near the second bench from the bicicle stands between the Park and the Parade Route. I'm wearing grey jeans a green Cork baseball cap and an Irish flag as a cape. The logbook and trackables will still be in my backpack unless any cachers want to see them.
