Seattle is a literary city, a grunge city, a culinary city…a city that’s been mentioned far and wide in books, movies and more. Most residents of the Seattle area have something to say about the Emerald City, but sometimes it’s best to look at it from a far. This is our favorite spot to relax during the winter months. This cache will introduce you to a breathtaking view of the Space Needle, the Great Wheel/Water Front, the city and the bay. Experience the miracle of a tiny tugboat pulling and guiding huge barges. Listen and watch for Sea Lions and a wide variety of birds. Whales have been seen year around in the Puget Sound, but we’ve seen the whales here usually between November – March(ish). Nice walking path for you, your family and furbabies. So pack a lunch, sit back and enjoy this amazing view.
