I had the pleasure of working at the Georgia Pacific Facilities for a day to swap out some breakers. This is Georgia Pacific's Sheetrock plant. Sheetrock's main "ingredient" is Gypsum. Gypsum is a soft mineral composed of calcium sulfate dihydrate. It is a common mineral created in lake and sea water deposits, as well as in hot springs and from volcanic vapors.
The Given Coords point to a giant silo full of gypsum in the back of the plant. A quick wikipedia search will get you the coords.
