Beachport has beauty with its sandy beaches which stretch around Rivoli Bay offering spectacular views, surfing and swimming. Spectacular views of the rugged coastline along the Bowman Scenic Drive will have you reaching for your camera to capture the beauty of the various moods of the Southern Ocean. Other attractions include the nearby Beachport Conservation Park, which overlaps with the much larger Lake Hawdon System an important bird area. In the sandhills adjacent to Beachport is the Pool of Siloam, named in allusion to the Biblical Pool of Siloam. Said to be seven times saltier than the ocean. Beachport in the Wattle Range Council is located 37kms north-west of Millicent on the Southern Ports Highway (Alternate Highway One) and 80kms west of Penola. The information you need to find the cache will be found at listed location. The final cache will be found in an area where you will find information on the local area. Cache has been placed with full permission of the final location - you will not need to interact with any staff in order to locate the cache. Please replace both the information cache and the final cache as your found them. The final cache can only be accessed during the hours of : Sunday: 10am–4pm Monday: 9am–5pm Tuesday: 9am–5pm Wednesday: 9am–5pm Thursday: 9am–5pm Friday: 9am–5pm Saturday: 10am–4pm
