Oakwood park now home to the new ingleside birth and community centre.
Ingleside was the home of Major E F Pilkington of the glass making family
and was one of three houses presented by him to the Salford Corporation in 1936.
The house and grounds were then incorporated into Oakwood park.
The cache is a small container hidden in a fake rock under some old tree logs.
