Vuosikymmeniä taaksepäin Rönnskäri oli suosittu retkikohde veneilijöille jalomailijoille, silloin kun kuljettiin soutamalla tai pienillä putputtimilla. Nykyään saaressa on retkeily vähentynyt, kun suunnataaan yhä kauemmas suuremmilla veneillä. Kätköön ei mahdu kulkijoita!
