Have you heard the one about the gang that are thinking about hosting a mega event in the West Midlands in 2022? I know, mad, right?
Well, on April the 6th they'll be at the Bowling Green, Lichfield - Friary Rd, Lichfield WS13 6QJ - and they'll have spent the day visiting 12 caches in 12 cities in the Midlands. Let's see if they can make it to the event by 9pm, their deadline!
Sharant (Sharon) will be hosting this event and will be here all evening. We have an area marked off for us ("geocachers") from 7:30pm. The pub is large, and serves the usual mix of food and drink, so come along and meet Sharon and others, have great geo-chat, and discuss just how mad the WM gang are! Hopefully you'll even get to see them before 9pm, or you can point and laugh at them if they are late! Or offer to get involved, of course - sometimes mad ideas are good...?
Why not make a day of it? Lichfield has a good selection of caches to find, there are two train lines, and roads to and from here are good.
