Welcome to Volusia County’ newest beachfront park, Argosy Park, dedicated today 2-22-19. This park bears the name of the Mom & Pop motel that stood on this site since1955. Built by Doug Clark this motel stayed in the family and was operated by Doug’s son and Daughter in-law up until 2016 when the property was sold to the county. Many visitors returned to this classic bungalow style motel year after year to enjoy the peaceful oceanfront vistas of the Argosy.
