I have never been to Nashville, let alone Tennessee....and now, business is bringing me to this interesting city.
First, though, I'd like to meet up with some local (and visiting) cachers. Bring along your TBs, too.
I'll be in front of the Alvin York Statue. Not being American or particularly interested in military history, it wasn't surprising that I hadn't heard of that fellow before, so I looked him up: "Sergeant York was one of the most decorated United States Army soldiers of World War I. He received the Medal of Honor for leading an attack on a German machine gun nest, taking at least one machine gun, killing at least 25 enemy soldiers and capturing 132."
Come share the stories of your winter caching adventures. Great caches found, treks through snow (snow...do you get snow down here???) and cold for a DNF, suggestions for caches to visit. Following the event, I'll be caching in the area should anyone wish to join me. Hope to see you then!
Good news, your Event qualifies to gain the official Creation Celebration 2019 status!
