Volksweg, the People's Path, is a rather extensive local bike and hiking trail. There's room for some more caches along the trail between Pella and Howell Station, so we thought we'd highlight some special spots in the gaps. Note that most of these are not Park and Grabs because of the busy road nearby, but parking spots are available from which to launch your bike or hike. The Volksweg Nuts series is named after the cache container, but also because we're nuts about the Volksweg. BYOP, and tweezers might not hurt.
Ah, you can picnic near this scenic water treatment plant, or head up the Volksweg to more scenic vistas. Don't forget to grab the cache before you go though. This is the only true P&G in the Volksweg Nuts series.
