THIS CACHE CAN ONLY BE DONE WHEN THE LOW TIDE IS VERY LOW.
PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION FOR TIDE TIMES AND SAFETY.
To reach this tower, the low tide must be below 1m. A low tide below 0.50m is advisable. It is about 4-5km each way (depending on where you park) and you should allow at least 1.5 hours to reach the tower. Aim to arrive at the tower at least 15-30mins before low tide. The total hike will be 8-10km, soft/muddy underfoot and you should allow for 3 hours round trip. This is a rough guide and you need to take into consideration your own fitness and walking pace. Do not attempt this cache on your own or at night time. Tell someone where you're going and when you are likely to be back at the car. Wellie boots are advisable as there will be some wading along the way.

There are caches at towers #2, #5, #6 and #7. As the tide was extremely low on our outing, the weather pleasantly warm and the company great, we decided to try reaching tower #8 and placed a cache here.
