The cache is not located at the listed coordinates, but you will find a good place to park.
To find this cache, you must (1) collect information from a signboard near the listed coordinates; (2) use that information to solve a simple puzzle; (3) input the solution into a Reverse Wherigo game cartridge (aka "box") which will lead you to the cache container; and finally, (4) you must sign the logbook to claim a find.
The final is inside Fairhaven Park just a few steps off a dirt trail; other than that the route can be navigated by trail or sidewalk. Some elevation gain is required to reach the cache. There is no need to bushwhack or enter private property. It may be helpful to know that 20th Street will not lead you to the final.
The puzzle
At the listed coordinates you will find two signs. Look for a small map with a year followed by "______________ ______________ Map". The year is 1ABC. Substitute the values for ABC in the three 6 digit numbers below.

The Reverse Wherigo
You can download the Waldmeister Reverse Wherigo cartridge to your GPS or smartphone here. To play on a smartphone, you will need a Wherigo player app, such as Wherigo for IOS or WhereYouGo for Android. To find out if your GPS supports Wherigo, see this forum thread.
Start the Wherigo game cartridge and enter the two letter language selection (en for English). Select your preferred distance units (meters or yards). Read the instructions for using the cartridge. Select Play. The cartridge will then ask you to enter the three lines from the puzzle above.
It is suggested that you take these numbers with you on your journey. They will be needed if it becomes necessary to restart your player for any reason.

When you have reached the final, you will be given some statistics on your quest. If you wish, you may enter the details into your log, and also post the number of times you calculated the distance.
