Pemi Trail Traditional Cache

This cache is located along the Pemi Trail a short distance north of trailhead parking at Lafayette Place. The Pemi Trail is a footpath that runs the length of Franconia Notch State Park, parallel to the Parkway and the bike path/recreation trail. To access the northbound Pemi Trail from parking, follow an access road west across a bridge and in a short distance turn right at a sign for the Pemi Trail. In winter the access road is gated and you may have to climb over a snowbank.The hike to the cache is less than 0.1 mile. You are looking for a blue bison.
