Carnivals across the world exemplify fun, passion, and creativity because participants go to great lengths to make decorations, costumes, and plan parades. Like a carnival, geocaching would not exist without creative and innovative geocache owners who make great experiences for others. This event celebrates geocache quality and creation.
The idea behind this Swap Meet is to bring a geocache/container to swap for another, and swap stories/ideas for new hides. So bring that geocache taking up space in your drawer that you've camouflaged but haven't placed, and swap it for a new one. Ask other experienced owners about how to hide/improve the geocache you've chosen to hide. We all have containers and ideas waiting to become a creative hide, so let's try and set those out within a month of this event!
If you plan to attend, please post a "Will Attend" log by 3/29 to ensure that we reserve enough space for our group. When you hide your chosen container, please post a note with a link on this page.
