Townsville is blessed with a great river, and some fantastic cycling/walking trails that follow almost it's entire length. What better way to encourage cachers to get out and explore these trails but to line them with caches to form Townsville's first Power Trail.
This cache is placed as part of the RRPT Regeneration after the devastating floods of February 2019.
It is a relisting of Karicka's The Old Pump.
The cache is a bit different from most of the others on the trail. It's still just a few metres from the path but this time it's in the river. You will need to swim and climb, use a tool to span and then balance or have a floating device to get to the log.
