This car park was opened on 8th December 2017 as part of Devonport Stage 1 in The Living City Project. Operating 24 hours a day It offers 508 car spaces including plenty of disabled spaces. Costing a whopping $12 million to build lets hope it gets used a lot! If you head north east through the park you will come out at Stage 2 in The Living City Project. Here you will find:- Providore Place, this is where big events are being held along with regular markets. It also hoists some great wining and dining at Charlotte Jack along with Southern Wild Distillery. Market Square.You can sit and enjoy the big screen while grabbing a bit to eat from the local eateries. While here wandering into the Paranaple Centre where you will find the library, online access centre or the local council. It also has a 800 seat function center. This project cost a whopping $48 million to build and opened on 14th August 2018. In adjoining buildings you will find the Devonport Art Gallery, Visitor information center in the olden days it was known as the court house but now hoist a nice place to come. The town hall is next door that has be re-named to the Entertainment Center. This town hall was opened in 1899 and has gone many changes over the years.
