This is a Challenge cache. The cache is at the published co-ordinates, but you need to fulfil the Challenge criteria below to log as ‘found’. You can sign the log, and add a ‘write note’ to that effect and then work on the challenge to turn this into a ‘found’ log.
We do like Earthcaches, and always try to find at least one when we visit a new region or country. To qualify you need to have found:
- 20 earthcaches in one county
- 15 earthcaches in a second county
- 10 earthcaches in a third county
- 5 earthcaches in a fourth county
- 1 earthcache in a fifth county
You’ll need to have found a total of 51 earthcaches. The counties can be anywhere in the UK or abroad. At the time of publication there were over 2000 active earthcaches in the UK, around 60 in Northeast England and around 200 in Yorkshire so you have plenty to choose from!
