Just as you turn off highway 99 to go down King George, there is a choice to bear right right and take a little shortcut that helps you bypass some traffic and head into south Surrey and Crescent Beach. Most will turn left at the stop sign, and go over that little bridge and past a cache just over there. But being curious, the right turn instead had a draw one day, and headed down there to explore the sights. Well, much of it is private land, or restricted access by Surrey, so it was just a fun drive amongst farms. But right at the beginning just as you turn onto 40 street, there is a wide open field that often cause wonder as to what it was. Well, some utility services run underground through here and sparsely planted trees exist. On of those trees holds a small cache. For the birds.
