GeoTour Stop #21: Johnny Carson's Boyhood Home
This house, at 306 South 13th Street, was the boyhood home of Johnny Carson. The house was built in the 1920s and has been bought and sold several times since the Carson family lived there. In 2014, owner Jim McKenzie made extensive renovations to the house. McKenzie said the project was done in honor of Johnny Carson and in gratitude for all that he has given Norfolk.
The posted coordinates will bring you to a sign across the street from Johnny's old house. On the back of this sign, you will find a QR code. Scan the QR to get the coordinates to the final location for this cache.
