This cache replaces GCHHD1 which was here for many years. Unfortunately the current geocaching rules don't permit me to tell you why this site is significant, though those rules evidently were not in place or were not enforced when the older cache was published.
I don't recommend doing this one at night. Also, there is an electric car charging station nearby (watch out for muggles waiting for their cars to charge), but it isn't right at the cache.
You are looking for a camo-taped tube. Good luck, it should not be difficult.
