Le Team BTW est heureux de vous inviter à leur "Bike Event"

Participer à un event en vélo ? Voilà qui n’est pas courant.

Une bonne occasion de s’oxygéner les poumons, de fêter la fin des examens, le début des vacances, et bien entendu, de se retrouver, partager ensemble de bons moments !

La participation au Bike Tour n’est bien entendu pas obligatoire afin de pouvoir signer le logbook et enregistrer votre « Attended », votre présence le jour de l’event suffit.

La participation à l’Event est totalement gratuite (mais prévoyez une pièce de 1,- euro si vous faites la boucle complète).

MERCI DE BIEN VOULOIR MENTIONNER LE NOMBRE DE PARTICIPANTS LORS DE VOTRE WILL ATTEND ! 

Lors de votre inscription sur place (même si c’est gratuit), vous recevrez un fascicule, un roadbook, une boisson, et … surprise ! … (dans la limite des stocks disponibles en fonction du nombre de « Will Attend » enregistrés au 20 juin)

• Le dimanche 30 juin 2019 
• Nous vous accueillons tout au long de la journée 
• Ouverture de l’event (et donc du logbook) à 08H00
• Fin de l’event vers 18H00

Qui sommes-nous ?

Le team BTW c'est un groupe de 20 personnes, géocacheurs mais aussi des moldus, famille, amis, qui travaillent sur ce projet depuis près de 18 mois.

• Une zone d'échange pour les TB et autres Woodcoins
• La possibilité de vous restaurer et déshaltérer 
  • Barbecue (de 08 à 18h)
  • Bar (de 08 à 18h)
• Différentes activités pour toutes et tous (de 08h à 18h)
  • Lancer de Petlings
  • Concours photo
  • Concours de dessin (pour les plus petits) 
  • Des surprises avec de nombreux lots à gagner (Ammobox, caches, géocoins)
• Un stand d'initiation au Géocaching 
• La possibilité de faire un parcours vélo avec 42 nouvelles caches (tradi, multi, letter box, mystery)

LES ACTIVITES SONT ACCESSIBLES TOUTE LA JOURNEE

(de 08 à 18H)

Le “Tour” (facultatif)

• Départ et arrivée : aux coordonnées de l’event (à proximité de la gare de Waimes)
• Ce n'est pas une balade organisée, vous partez quand vous voulez
• Comptez minimum 8 heures pour toute la boucle
• Distance : +/- 38 km (dont 23 de RAVeL)
• La partie hors RAVeL sera balisée
• Waimes => Butgenbach => Büllingen => Möderscheid => Amel => Deidenberg => Waimes
• 2 ravitaillements sur la boucle (en plus du point de départ)
• 1 « camion balai » pourra rapatrier les éventuels abandons

Team BTW lädt Sie gerne zum "Bike Event" ein.

Möchten Sie gerne an einer ganztägigen Radtour teilnehmen? Das ist nicht alltäglich …

Dies ist also eine gute Gelegenheit um frische Luft zu tanken, das Ende des Schuljahres zu feiern oder den Urlaub gut zu beginnen…  Es ist auch die gute Gelegenheit einen schönen Moment zusammen zu verbringen.

Die Teilnahme an der Tour ist natürlich nicht verpflichtend um das Logbuch unterschreiben zu dürfen und Ihr “Attended” zu registrieren; Ihre Anwesenheit an diesem Tag ist ausreichend.

Die Teilnahme am Event ist völlig kostenfrei (aber Sie können eine Ein-Euro-Münze vorsehen, falls Sie die ganze Rundstrecke fahren möchten).

Bei Ihrer Einschreibung vor Ort (selbst wenn das Event kostenlos ist), erhalten Sie eine Broschüre, ein Roadbook, ein Getränk und  … eine Überraschung !  (innerhalb der Grenzen der verfügbaren Bestände abhängig von der Anzahl der erhaltenen “Will Attend” bis zum 20. Juni)

• Start des Events um 08.00 Uhr (mit der Eröffnung des Logbuches)
• Ende des Events gegen 18.00 Uhr

Aber wer sind wir ?

Das Team BTW besteht aus 20 Personen, die aus Geocachern, aber auch Muggeln, Familienangehörigen und Freunden bestehen, die seit fast 18 Monaten an diesem Projekt arbeiten.

• Eine Zone zum Austausch von TB und anderen Woodcoins
• Die Möglichkeit etwas zu essen und zu trinken 
  • Grill (von 08 bis 18 Uhr)
  • Bar (von 08 bis 18 Uhr)
• Verschiedene Aktivitäten für alle (von 08 bis 18 Uhr)
  • Petling-Weitwurf
  • Fotowettbewerb
  • Malwettbewerb (für die Kleinen)
  • Überraschungen mit viel Gewinn-Chancen (Ammobox, Caches, Geocoins)
• Stand "Einführung in das Thema Geocaching"
• Möglichkeit 42 neue Caches einzuloggen auf der Tour (Traditional-, Multi-, Letterbox-, Mystery-Caches)

AKTIVITÄTEN SIND DEN GANZEN TAG ZUGÄNGLICH

Die “Tour” (optional)

• Start und Ziel : Event Koordinaten (in der Nähe des Bahnhofs von Waimes)
• Es ist keine organisierte Fahrt, Sie fahren ab, wann Sie wollen
• Rechnen Sie minimum 8 Stunden für die ganze Rundstrecke
• Entfernung : +/- 38 km (wovon 23 auf den RAVeL Wegen)
• Bereich außerhalb der RAVeL Wege wird markiert sein
• Waimes => Butgenbach => Büllingen => Möderscheid => Amel => Deidenberg => Waimes
• 2 Verpflegungspunkte sind auf der Tour vorgesehen (zusätzlich zum Ausgangspunkt)
• 1 « Besenwagen » kann diejenigen aufsammeln, die unterwegs aufgeben

Welkom

Team BTW nodigt u graag uit voor hun "fietsevenement".

Een event met de fiets? Dat is niet gewoon !

Dat is een goede gelegenheid om een frisse neus te halen, het einde van de examens te vieren en de vakantie goed te beginnen.  Maar het is vooral ook een aanleiding om mekaar te ontmoeten en samen een fijne dag door te brengen!

De deelname aan de Tour is natuurlijk niet verplicht om het Logboek te mogen tekenen en uw “Attended” te loggen; uw aanwezigheid op die dag voldoet.

De deelname aan het event is helemaal gratis (maar zie dat u een 1-Euro munt mee heeft als u het hele Tour rondfietst).

ALVAST BEDANKT OM HET AANTAL DEELNEMERS IN UW « WILL ATTEND » TE VERMELDEN !

Als u ter plaatste inschrijft (ook al is het gratis) krijgt u een brochure, een roadbook, een fris drank en … een surprise ! …  (zolang de voorraad strekt, afhankelijk van het aantal “Will Attend” die we tot 20 juni mogen ontvangen)

Team BTW bestaat uit 20 personen, geocachers, maar ook Dreuzels, familieleden en vrienden die bijna 18 maanden aan dit project hebben gewerkt.

• De mogelijkheid om iets te eten en te drinken
  • Barbecue (van 08 tot 18u)

• Verschillende activiteiten voor iedereen (van 08 tot 18u)
  • Petling werpen
  • Fotowedstrijd
  • Tekenwedstrijd (voor de kleintjes)
  • Verrassingen met vele prijzen te winnen (Ammobox, caches, géocoins)
• Stand « Inleiding tot Geocaching »
• Mogelijkheid 42 nieuwe caches te loggen (tradi, multi, letter box, mystery)

ACTIVITEITEN ZIJN DE HELE DAG TOEGANKELIJK

De “Tour” (optioneel)

• Start en finish : op de event-coördinaten (in du buurt van het station van Waimes)
• Het is geen georganiseerde fietstocht, je begint wanneer je wilt
• Reken minimum 8 uur om het hele ronde te doen
• Afstand : +/- 38 km (waarvan 23 op de RAVeL)
• Het deel buiten RAVel zal bewegwijzerd zijn
• Waimes => Butgenbach => Büllingen => Möderscheid => Amel => Deidenberg => Waimes
• 2 bevoorradingen op het parcours (vertrekpunt niet inbegrepen)
• 1 « bezemwagen » zal er zijn voor degenen die uitvallen

The BTW Team is happy to invite you to their "Bike Event"

An event on a bike? This is not common.

A good opportunity to take a deep breath of fresh air, to celebrate the end of the exams, the beginning of the holidays, and of course, to meet you and share a good time together!

Participation in the Bike Tour is not mandatory to sign the logbook and register your "Attended" : your presence on that day is enough.

Participation in the event is totally free (but bring a 1-euro-coin if you want to ride the whole loop).

PLEASE SPECIFY THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS ON YOUR WILL ATTEND !

When you register on site (even if it's free), you will receive a booklet, a road-book, a drink, and ... a surprise ! … (while stocks last according to the number of “Will Attend” received until 20^th June)

When ?

• On Sunday 30th june 2019 
• We welcome you all over the day  
• Opening of the event (and therefore the logbook) at 08.00 am
• End of the event around 6.00 pm

Who we are !

• Possibility to log 42 new caches on the course (tradi, multi, letter box, mystery)

ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE ALL OVER THE DAY

(from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm)

The “Loop” (Optional)

• Departure and arrival : at the event's coordinates (near the Waimes train station)
• It's not an organized ride, you start it when you want
• Allow minimum 8 hours for the whole loop
• Distance : +/- 38 km (23,6 miles) (with 23 km on the RAVeL paths = 14 miles)
• The route outside the RAVeL paths will be marked out
• Waimes => Butgenbach => Büllingen => Möderscheid => Amel => Deidenberg => Waimes
• 2 possibilities to get fresh supplies on the route (in addition to the starting point)
• 1 broom wagon will be able to take back the possible dropouts
