This geocache is placed at the gateway to a field which will probably have rows and rows of different young plants.
In fact if you look into many of the fields surrounding Sandy Lane, you will see many more of the rows of young plants. You are looking at one of many fields that the local nursery (Crowthers) is bringing on.
At times the fields will look like someone has stuck rows and rows of sticks in the ground; it can look a bit strange. Regular walkers down Sandy Lane will see the changes over the seasons as the plants grow and begin to resemble what they will eventually become.
If you look closely at the borders of the fields, you will see it heavily fortified with fine netting. They are to prevent the rabbits getting in, who I'm told, love to snack on the 'exotic' diet.
